The feature we really loved during testing were the clips on the legs that allowed sheet materials like plasterboard or OSB to be held up at an angle, and the grippy tops of the trestles that kept materials from slipping off.

Not only is it tough and versatile, but the Excel Sawhorse folds down to a tiny size, which suits builders and DIYers of all kinds. Add a couple of pieces of 2 x 4 timber to the integral grooves and create a strong table to work from as well.
